This has been the bulk of my experience to date. Please note that I no longer give technical presentations, but rather speak on topics of development based on 30 years of I.T. Services work and Consulting, more than two published books, and experience with many of the Fortune 500 listed companies worldwide.
- The riskLESS Methodology. The topic of Just Do THIS: A Simpler Way to Succeed in I.T., this can be a 15 or 45 min talk, keynote, or even a half-day workshop. Attendees will learn my signature services methodology – Understand, Plan, Change, and Maintain – that reduces risks and increases confidence.
